HOW I RETURN

The return of the products is possible within 14 calendar days after picking up the package.

You will return the products no later than 14 calendar days from the date you picked up the package.

We will not bear the transport charges if you want to exchange the product for the reason that:

  • you changed your mind about the chosen model;
  • you want to return the product and refund the money;
  • the size does not fit.

The transport costs for returning the products will be borne by you.

The exchange fee is borne by you (exchange fee 20 lei, transport included)

We do not accept parcels sent by Romanian post!

Parcels sent back with a refund will be automatically refused.

You will not bear the return costs if: in the package you received a different product than the one you ordered or you found a manufacturing defect.

  • The deadline for returning products is 14 days from purchase.
  • The product will be returned in good condition, unused. otherwise they can be reshipped to the customer.
  • Delivery details for the return will be communicated after the return is confirmed.

  • The exchange and return are made between 10:00-15:00, from Monday to Friday.

If you want a refund, you must complete the following steps:

  • Step 1 : pack the parcel in a strong and sealed package (glued with scotch tape) or in the original box received. damaged products will be refused. returned products must meet the following requirements: not to show signs of wear, not to be torn or other defects, not to be washed.
  • Step 2 : all packages will be sent to the following address: Bucharest, 19 Jean Steriadi str.
  • Step 3 : in the package, include a copy of your account statement or the IBAN in which the payment will be made and the original invoice. if you don't have an IBAN account, you can use another person's account, but you will have to tell us the name of the person who holds the bank account.
  • Step 4 :- the refund is made only by transfer to a bank account, within a maximum of 14 working days from the receipt of the return.
  • Step 5 :- contact a fast courier service (without the Romanian post), to send the package (we recommend the following courier companies: Fan Courier, Urgent Cargus, DPD, etc.)
  • Step 6 :- do not send the parcel with cash on delivery or with payment of the transport to us. we cannot make cash payments to customers, payment will be made only in a bank account.
  • Step 7 - DO NOT SEND THE PARCEL TO US without contacting one of our operators. (the parcel return address must be communicated personally).

ARFE.ro assumes the right to refuse reimbursement of parcels that arrive improperly packed.

All returned parcels must be in the same condition in which they were received, in the original packaging, undamaged.

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart or on the order completion page after entering the delivery address.

Orders are delivered via the following couriers: Urgent Cargus, GLS or DPD. We reserve the right to choose the courier company depending on the specifics of each order.

Payment methods:

  • with cash on delivery
  • by payment order

If there are additional shipping costs (such as those for oversized products or weighing more than 31 kg) the customer will be notified of his options before the order is shipped by courier.

The delivery of the products in stock is usually done in 24-48 hours from the confirmation of the order , on working days. Exceptions are holidays and promotional periods, when the time required for processing, shipping and delivery by courier increases significantly.

Orders placed and confirmed by 15.00 at the latest will be processed and shipped the same day, provided that all products are in stock.

Orders are delivered to the address specified as the delivery address when creating the account or placing the order.

Before sending a parcel, there is the possibility to be contacted to confirm the order and to establish a time interval at which to be contacted by the courier to pick up the parcel.

For any order, at the express request of the customer, it can be delivered with the package opened and checked. The cost of this service will be added to the delivery cost.

Refund Policy

According to European law, the right of withdrawal exists to allow you to examine the product in the same way as you examine it in a store, not to give you 14 days of free use.

Terms and conditions

The return of the products is accepted according to the terms and conditions mentioned below and are in accordance with the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.

The products that are the subject of orders placed online can be returned, without citing any reason, within 14 days from the date of their receipt; before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided for in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day on which you take physical possession of the product.

In the case of legal entities (they do not have consumer status), we reserve the right to accept or not the return of the products.

Return costs are borne by the consumer.

The request to pick up the products from the customer 's address is made by ARFE.ro.

The return cost is 20 lei and will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed.

It is mandatory to return the product in its original packaging.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

The consumer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, according to art. 14, para. 3 of GEO 34/2014.

The seller will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the information www. ARFE .ro by the Consumer on his decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return. ARFE .ro will be able to postpone the reimbursement of the product value until the receipt of the sold product or until the receipt of a proof according to which it has been shipped, in the event that ARFE .ro he did not offer to recover the product himself (the most recent date will be taken). The amount of money related to the returned products will be returned after the verification of the products, after establishing the method of return by mutual agreement or according to legal procedures. Exceptions:

The exceptions regarding the right of return (their return is not accepted) are listed by way of example, without limiting ourselves to the following (according to art. 16 GEO 34/2014)

TO REMEMBER!

If the returned products show damage or are incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, shocks, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing documents, we reserve the right to withhold an amount from the value of the product, the amount that will be communicated after the damage assessment brought

We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns).

The amount related to the return is reimbursed in a bank account or cash can be picked up in person from our office (if the payment was made at our office).

If the products to be returned were accompanied by possible bonuses, they must also be returned.

If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.

Since it is not possible to accurately determine the value of the reduction in the value of the following products: accumulators, batteries, chargers, protective foils, etc., they can only be returned sealed.

The return of products that have active accounts/passwords set by the customer will not be accepted.

ABOUT DELIVERY

  • The delivery is made in 24-48 hours from the telephone confirmation of the order (1-2 working days) by the courier company SAMEDAY!
  • The transport fee is 20 lei throughout the country.
  • We reserve the right to stop honoring and sending orders to people who have not fulfilled their contractual, pecuniary or other obligations.
  • We reserve the right to stop sending orders to people on whose account an order was registered whose delivery could not be successfully carried out.
  • For promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.), the delivery time of orders placed during the campaign may be different from the one displayed on the ARFE.ro website and it will be done in an interval of up to 5 working days from the acceptance and confirmation of the order by our operators.
  • Shipping is free for orders of at least 290 lei!
